What are parents saying about this book?

"This is a perfect book for any growing child who loves practical life activities. I do Montessori at home with my almost 4 year old and showed this book to him. He loved the pictures and started describing what the kids are doing. He was very keen to do it himself. I would say this book is perfect to involve any child into cooking and kitchen activities." ~Bindu (Amazon Review)

"Cute, and fun for little ones..."

"I read/showed this book to my six month old son and my 6 year old niece! My son loves the bright colors and actually tried to eat the picture of the avocado (tried to lick my phone to be exact) my niece enjoyed it very much, she was reading along with me. After reading she asked if we could start cooking! Easy to read and definitely gets the attention of little ones. Recommend to buy if you want to get your little ones interested in helping around the kitchen/learning new skills!!" ~Rosaura (Amazon Review)

"This book is perfect for aspiring chefs and their parents"

"My daughter (aged 2 years 4 months) loved seeing the pictures of different children preparing food. After reading the book, she was so excited to join in in the kitchen and now insists on preparing as much of her meals as safely allowed. For me, it served as a timely reminder that my daughter is able to do more than I realise. She isn't quite ready for everything in the book, but there is so much there she can already do" ~Amii (Amazon Review)

"This is a lovely book for parents to read with their children!"

"I think it fits children up to the age of six or seven – by then they should be able to do all of the wonderful activities described in the book. After this age, they can continue helping in the kitchen by performing these activities and slowly incorporating more complex ones.

The more children help in the kitchen, the more they will develop a healthy relationship with food and the more they will remain open to trying new foods and become great eaters
Children should be taught by their parents how to cook as it is an important life skill to learn. Reading, writing, being kind to others and many more are important, and learning how to cook for themselves and for their future families is right alongside those skills. Learning to cook will ensure they stay happy and healthy for a long time and help those around them do the same.

Get this inspiring book and start having fun in the kitchen with your child!"

Make sure to always check the quality of the printing and ask for a re-print if it doesn't seem satisfactory.
Sometimes the print-on-demand services don't trim the books correctly, cutting the top off and leaving a white line at the bottom of all of the pages
(the images should go all the way to the bottom edges). At least they're very accommodating about sending a new copy if they make a mistake!
I'd love to email you the Getting Started Mini Course!
